Volunteer Opportunities
With less than 60 paid staff members, Kappa Kappa Gamma is an organization whose success relies heavily on the work of its volunteers. The Fraternity Headquarters maintains a Volunteer Page, where members can register their interest for volunteering for Kappa, as well as post for open volunteer roles at a local, regional, and fraternity-wide level.
There are numerous ways to involved right here in the Greater Pittsburgh Alumnae Association! Members in good standing are eligible to hold a board officer, chairman, or committee position.

If you are interested in any of these roles, or would like to volunteer in some other capacity not listed here, please reach out to PittsburghKKG@gmail.com.
Board Officer and Chairman Openings
Getting involved as a Board Member or Chairman is an excellent way to gain real world leadership experience, hone your skills, and add to a professional resume.
Officer positions are elected biannually, and Chairmen are appointed as needed by the President, in consultation with the GPAA Board.
Committees and Other Openings
Committees are essential to the function of a successful Alumnae Association as well as collegiate chapters. It is a way to get experience in one or many areas of AA operations for both short term projects and ongoing efforts.
We also welcome and encourage members who wish to take the lead on Special Interest groups, which are generally informal groups that have particular interests in common, such as Book Clubs, Hiking, Running, and Walking groups, mothers with young children, “Day” Owls who have activities during the day, Brunch Bunch, etc. GPAA will support you in including your events on the calendar as they come up, and the organization is up to you.
